B |                    据悉，思妍丽2024年实现收入8.49亿元，净利润0.81亿元，增速略有放缓；2025年上半年收入4.23亿元，净利润0.44亿元。目前思妍丽在全国运营163家生活美容门店和19家医美门诊。                             值得注意的是，2024年3月，美丽田园以3.5亿元收购了中国美业第二大品牌奈瑞儿70%的股权，包括旗下80家美容和保健服务门店、6家医疗美容门诊和2家中医服务门诊。今年5月，美丽田园宣布增持奈瑞儿20%股权，持股比例升至90%。                   2025年上半年，奈瑞儿实现收入2.77亿元，经调整净利率从收购前的6.5%提升至10.4%。2025年H1财报中，美丽田园称，集团将复制奈瑞儿项目收购整合的成功经验，积极探索行业整合机遇。换言之，美丽田园或将持续收购其他美业品牌。                   回顾美丽田园近期业绩，2024年集团实现收入25.72亿元，同比增长19.91%；净利润2.52亿元，同比增长9.71%，增速较往年有所放缓。而2025年上半年，集团业绩显著回升，收入达14.59亿元，同比增长28.24%；净利润1.71亿元，同比增长35.46%。毛利率为49.30%，同比提升2.3个百分点，创近四年同期新高。                   分业务看2025年上半年业绩：美容和保健服务收入8.07亿元，同比增长29.62%。

C | 其中直营店收入7.39亿元，增长30.99%，毛利率40.7%；加盟及其他收入0.67亿元，增长16.24%，毛利率56.4%。该业务收入和毛利率增长动力之一，便是收购高端美养智能品牌奈瑞儿。医疗美容服务收入4.99亿元，同比增长12.98%，毛利率56.9%；亚健康医疗服务收入1.54亿元，同比大幅增长107.77%，毛利率63.1%。                   2025年上半年，美丽田园直营门店客流大幅增长47.8%，达91.8万人次；活跃会员数同比增长46.49%，达到11.9万人，首次突破10万大关。两项指标均创近三年最快增速。                   不过，通过收入除以直营门店客流估算的客单价为1589元，同比下降13.23%，为近四年最低水平。                             具体到各业务板块：美容和保健直营店客单价约870元，同比下降11.87%；医疗美容服务客单价约10052元，同比下降11.72%；亚健康医疗服务客单价约8143元，同比上升18.42%。
